JC Silva founded Casablanca Homes, Inc. in 2001 with a plan to build beautiful homes at a fair price. He began his construction career as a project supervisor in 1993 in South Florida and when he felt he was ready to build on his own, he built the company from the ground up. As time went on he also ventured into the roofing business and became one of the Naples area’s most reliable and reasonably priced roofers. Today, both Casablanca Homes, Inc. and Casablanca Roofing, Inc. successfully operate in Southwest Florida with a reputation for quality work at affordable prices.
John Blaine is a Connecticut native and a graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. He is Casablanca Homes' Vice President. John has been in the Naples/Marco Island real estate and construction industries for over 25 years. He has been involved the building of 100's of custom homes in the area. His goal is to make Casablanca, the most sought-after and respected brand among custom home builders in Southwest Florida.
