Golden Gate Estates Golden Gate Estates is located just east of Naples, Florida with 172 square miles of suburbia real estate. One of the few areas that allows two large animals per acre, amenities not found in your typical Naples, Florida neighborhood. Although horses are the popular favorite, even the more exotic animals like Alpacas and Llamas are welcome. Golden Gate Estates offer a host of trails nearby that can be enjoyed all year round. Picayune Strand State Forest is located in South Golden Gate Estates while Belle Meade has more than 65,000 acres for recreational enjoyment.
With parcels from one to ten acres there are lots of options. As for the homes themselves, you can find entry-level homes or glamorous mansions closer to the beach. Guesthouses, pickup trucks, all-terrain vehicles (ATV) and recreational vehicles (RV) are also allowed on all premises. Golden Gate Estates features mile-long streets that dead end at a canal offering valuable privacy for owners. A library, fire station, golf courses and general store are all nearby.
